NTPC 2026:Education Qualification
Applicants should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute, securing at least 40% marks. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant post-qualification experience in the operation or maintenance of a power plant with a capacity of 40 MW or more.
The appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for an initial period of 3 years, which may be further extended up to 2 additional years depending on the candidate’s performance and organizational needs.
